Some people love the atmosphere of working out with others. It offers a fun, competitive environment. We offer many different types of group training. Everything from a group of you and your friends wanting to train together or a few people just looking to burn calories and work up a sweat.


Our group training is primarily focused on:

  • Burning calories
  • Total body strengthening and toning
  • Boosting heart rate
  • Core strengthening


Group training sessions are 60 minutes long. Class size may vary.
